In a video posted on Instagram, the newly wedded bride identified as @tifesoloye narrates how a popular decorator refused to deliver even after collecting a huge amount of money from her.
She states that even after being paid 8 million naira, the event decorator didn’t deliver up to 40% of what was asked of her.
She says “Not only did she not deliver on the brief, she delayed our ceremony by 3-4 hours”
