“My journey of faith and restoration” Widowed Lady Shared Her Inspiring Story As She Find Love Again

A Nigerian widowed woman, Comfort Kumashe remarried after losing her husband as a young lady. 

Sharing her story on Facebook, Mrs Comfort narrated that she lost her husband after 8 months of marriage, while she was 7 months pregnant as a student. 

“Remarrying as a widow is one of the most difficult paths to walk.. But as a young widow, I realized that it’s okay to remarry” Mrs Comfort says. 

Her experience as a widow has moved her to create a community “Ashes to beauty”. 

She explained that this community will be a safe place for widows, where they can share, grieve, heal and rebuild without judgment.
